KABSEC Training is pleased to return to Parsons Barracks, MOD Donnington, to deliver another two-week Level 4 Certificate in Crime Prevention for Practitioners course.

This programme brings together Lance Corporals and Staff Sergeants from across the UK, along with three candidates who have travelled from Cyprus to take part. The Royal Military Police (RMP) continues to invest in its personnel through Continuing Professional Development (CPD), ensuring they are well-equipped to tackle crime prevention challenges effectively.

Week 1 focuses on problem-solving models and security site surveying. Additionally, discussions have explored the social and environmental factors influencing crime and disorder, particularly within military bases. Military environments present unique challenges that require tailored crime prevention strategies, and this course provides valuable insights into how to manage these effectively.

By enhancing their expertise in crime prevention, attendees not only improve their daily operations but also gain a widely recognised qualification that extends beyond military service. This continued investment in professional development ensures that RMP personnel remain at the forefront of modern policing and crime prevention.
