KABSEC Training returned to London this week to deliver problem solving and crime prevention training in the historic Royal borough of Greenwich. The course was held in the magnificent Woolwich Town Hall and was delivered to Safer Street and Safer Estate Officers.

The first morning of the course focused on why crime occurs discussing the Routine Activity Theory and relating this to the candidates day to day issues. They highlighted these as crime, disorder and anti -social behaviour.

The rest of the day was then spent introducing the candidates to relevant legislation and how to use the SARA model.
